The Neon Imaginarium

The Duo project exhibition is now officially open. The project was a fantastic experience, and an honour to be involved and be able to learn from my 11 year old collaborator, Audrey! Our collection of works is titled ‘Neon Imaginarium” and the work has been inspired by a mutual love for pattern, geometry, nature and colour.

The works feature screen prints on paper & fabric, with patterns made from our own original collaborative ink drawings. Our exhibition include cushions in a variety of shapes, folded paper pyramids that hang from the ceiling, collages, wallpapered walls and paper murals dancing around the installed work.

The show is on now, until the 13th July and incorporates workshops with the Duo pairs – facilitated by the gallery, including a screen printing workshop with Audrey & I in the school holidays as part of their ‘Wonder-full Day” events (check out the Lismore Regional Gallery website for more information).
